Neoleum Energy has executed a strategic agreement with an HKEX-listed floating LNG company for the development of barge-based FLNG solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa, advancing the plan to deploy a 1 MTPA FLNG Vessel using gas from a stranded shallow water asset.
